How Wrapout Works

Overview

Wrapout reads your workout data from Apple Health and generates structured summaries using purpose-built skills. No account, no sync, no setup — open the app and your data is ready.

Health Permissions

Wrapout requires read-only access to three data types in Apple Health:

You can grant or revoke access at any time via Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Wrapout.

Daily Summaries

The daily view shows every workout recorded today. For each session you see duration, workout type, heart rate data, and active energy. If you completed multiple workouts, each is summarised individually.

Weekly Summaries

The weekly view aggregates all workouts from the current week. You see total active time, total calories, workout frequency, and a breakdown by type. Useful for tracking training load and consistency.

Monthly Summaries

The monthly view shows your full training picture for the current month — overall volume, most active days, and trends across workout types.

Supported Workout Types

Wrapout supports all workout types tracked by Apple Health, including:

Any workout type recorded in Apple Health will appear in Wrapout automatically.

Privacy

All processing is done on-device. Wrapout has no servers, no analytics, and no third-party integrations. Your health data is never transmitted, stored externally, or shared. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
