Wrapout is developed by an independent developer based in Switzerland. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

2. Data We Access

Wrapout requests read access to the following data from Apple Health (HealthKit):

• Workout data – type, duration, distance, and performance metrics for all workout types
• Heart rate – recorded during workouts
• Active energy (calories) – burned during workouts

3. How We Use Your Data

All health data accessed through HealthKit is used exclusively to generate workout summaries within the app:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly summaries are generated on your device
• Data is never transmitted off your device
• Data is never stored on external servers
• Data is never shared with third parties
• Data is never used for advertising or profiling

4. On-Device Processing

All data processing happens locally on your iPhone. Wrapout does not operate any servers, does not use cloud storage, and does not use third-party analytics or crash reporting tools. No internet connection is required to use the app.

5. HealthKit Data

Wrapout complies with Apple's HealthKit guidelines. Health data accessed through HealthKit will not be used for any purpose other than providing features within the Wrapout app. Health data will not be sold, disclosed to third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

Wrapout does not store or retain any health data independently. All data remains in Apple Health and is controlled by you. You can revoke Wrapout's access to HealthKit at any time via Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices on your iPhone.

7. Children's Privacy

Wrapout is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

8. Your Rights (Swiss Law / nDSG)

Under Swiss data protection law (nDSG), you have the right to request information about data held about you, request correction or deletion, and object to data processing. As Wrapout does not collect or store any personal data, there is no data held to act upon. For any questions, contact us via the support page.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
